Do you combine shipping?
Yes! We always combine shipping. Simply email us, let us know which items you would like to purchase and we'll send you and invoice that reflects the combined shipping rate.

Do you ship Internationally?
Yes! We only ship USPS Priority International or Express Mail International to: Canada, Europe, UK, Germany, and Australia. Buyer to pay calculated shipping cost for Express Mail International/Priority International for International shipments. The shipping calculator will offer the various options for you. If possible, we will combine shipping costs for multiple auction wins. All International shipments are made via Express International Mail or Priority Mail International Only -INSURANCE, although optional, is strongly recommended. We do not ship any other method Internationally. By making your purchase, you accept and agree to these shipping terms. International buyers please be aware that you may be charged additional taxes, duties, or customs fees upon receipt based upon your country's laws and regulations. Customs documents will be completed with the final auction purchase price as the item value. Packages cannot be marked as gifts. Please verify that the address you provide is correct. We cannot guarantee delivery to incorrect addresses and will charge the additional fees incurred for redelivery or rerouting due to an incorrect address. INSURANCE on shipments, although optional, is recommended. We do not take responsibility for lost or broken items. Insurance on International shipments is included up to $100, additional coverage is optional.

Do you accept returns?
While we make every effort to be accurate in our descriptions, mistakes can happen. Because each clothing manufacturer uses different size charts check the measurements very carefully. If you have any questions, please email us before purchasing. We will cheerfully refund your purchase if there is a major error in the listing measurements (greater than 1 inch) or it is not as described. Refunds are for the purchase price only and must be made within 7 days of receipt of when you received the item. Please do not ask to return an item after 7 days of when you received the item. Shipping costs, insurance and handling charges (if applicable) are not refundable. Please contact us regarding any returns prior to returning the item. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Are items from a non-smoking, pet free environment?
As Consignment Specialists, we always require that items come to us cleaned. We cannot, however, guarantee that the items have been stored in a smoke free, pet free environment prior to coming to us. Due to individual personal sensitivities and preferences, we always recommend cleaning items before wearing them. Some Vintage Items and Collectibles, may not be cleaned when brought to us.
